Refund policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pandolfostudio.com In any case -were there is no damage of the piece caused by the shipping agency-  the return shippment fee will be responsibility of the client.


Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception if you receive any damaged package from the shipment agency, take pictures where the package can be seen with it label and then any zoom on special damaged area and then procede to open the package, is the piece is damaged please send the pictures to info@pandolfostudio.com so we can either make you a refund or send another piece you might like or a new print. *If the product is a print, before we proceed to refund or send a new one, we will need a documented destruction of the piece given the fact that the pieces are numbered.

Exceptions non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or commissioned artworks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.




The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
